A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AWARDING LIABILITY AND PROPERTY
INSURANCE FOR THE YEAR 1985
WHEREAS, the City's current Liability and Property
Insurance expires on January 4, 1985; and
WHEREAS, a bid of $144,018 was submitted by Marsh &
McLennan for renewal of our insurance coverage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael
City Council hereby awards the Liability Insurance to Industrial
Underwriters, Inc. and Midland Insurance Company, and the Property
Insurance to Zurich American Insurance Company. Said insurance as
proposed by Marsh & McLennan shall be effective January 4, 1985.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the 21st day of January 1985, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Nave, Russom and Acting Mayor Breiner
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli and Mayor Mulryan
