RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A GRANT DEED
BETWEEN THE CITY AND MEDICAL RETIREMENT
COMMUNITIES, INC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES
as follows:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on behalf
of the City of San Rafael, that certain grant deed with MEDICAL
RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES, INC., dated February 4, 1985, a copy of which
is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foreoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 4th day of February, 1985, the the
following vote, to wit:

All that certain real property situate in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin, State
of California described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
COMMENCING at the most Northerly corner of Parcel C as shown on "Map of Smith
Ranch Northerly Portion filed June 9, 1978 in Volume 17 of Maps at Page 39," thence
along the Northeasterly line of said Parcel C the following courses and distances South
520 00' 00" East 173.91 feet, South 380 00' 00" East 615.71 feet, South 53000' 00" East
225 feet and South 630 00' 00" East 305.00 feet, thence leaving said Northeasterly line
North 790 17' 08" West 226.66 feet, North 580 10' 58" West 334.77 feet, North 270 36'
48" West 302.57 feet, North 300 41' 43" West 183.81 feet, North 740 52' 12" West 117.00
feet and South 650 13' 05" West 186.96 feet, to a point on the Westerly line of Parcel
C referred to hereinabove. Thence North 110 49' 48" East 275.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
PARCEL TWO:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly line of Parcel C "Map of Smith Ranch Northerly Portion
filed June 9, 1978 in Volume 17 of Maps at Page 39" said point also being the Southerly
terminus of the course North 260 37' 52" East 132.61 feet, as shown on said Map thence
North 70 53' 21" East 140.05 feet and North 330 26' 30" East 190.01 feet to a point on
the Easterly line of said Parcel C thence South 190 50' 24" East 190.00 feet and South
26° 37' 52" West 132.61 feet to the point of beginning.
