RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 5737, DISBANDING
THE SAN RAFAEL MOBILE HOME ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Mobile Home Advisory Committee, since
November, 1980, satisfactorily served as a forum to receive comments,
suggestions and complaints from mobile home park residents and
considered them, transmitting those deemed appropriate to the
San Rafael City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Committee, required to meet annually, has not
convened for approximately two years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City
Council does hereby rescind Resolution No. 5737, disbanding the
San Rafael Mobile Home Park Advisory Committee.
I, JEANNE, M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City, held on Monday, the fourth day of February, 1985, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom and Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNC I LMEMBERS: None
