A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AWARDING WORKER'S COMPENSATION
INSURANCE FOR THE YEAR 1984
(TO CENTAUR INSURANCE COMPANY)
WHEREAS, the City's Worker's Compensation Insurance
expires on December 8, 1983; and
WHEREAS, a bid of 11.13¢ per $100 of payroll was sub-
mitted by Minto & Wilkie for renewal of our Worker's Compensation
Insurance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City
Council hereby awards the Worker's Compensation Insurance to
Centaur Insurance Company as proposed by Minto & Wilkie effective
December 8, 1983.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on T1,Psd y , the 3rd day of January 1984, by the
following vote, to wit:
