A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AWARDING LIABILITY, AUTOMOBILE AND
PROPERTY INSURANCE FOR THE YEAR 1984
WHEREAS, the City's current Liability, Automobile and
Property Insurance expires on January 4, 1984; and
WHEREAS, a bid of $57,054 was submitted by Marsh &
McLennan for renewal of our insurance coverage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael
City Council hereby awards the Liability Insurance to St.
Paul Insurance Company and Twin Cities Fire Insurance Company,
the Automobile Insurance to Allianz Underwriters Insurance
Company and the Property Insurance to Zurich American Insurance
Company. Said insurance as proposed by Marsh & McLennan
shall be effective January 4, 1984.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Tuesday , the 3rd day of January 1984, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
