A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
SAN RAFAEL ESTABLISHING THE LIST OF
SIDEWALKS AND STREETS WITHIN THE CITY
WHERE THE USE OF SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER
SKATES AND BICYCLES IS RESTRICTED
WHEREAS, Chapter 5.34 of the San Rafael Municipal Code
regulates the use of skateboards, roller skates, and bicycles in
certain areas of the City and requires that this Council establish
those areas by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the riding of skate-
boards, roller skates, and bicycles on the sidewalk on Fourth
Street between "H" Street and Grand Avenue is prohibited.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the riding of skateboards
and roller skating on Fourth Street between "H" Street and Grand
Avenue is prohibited.
