A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEYANCE
OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE SAN RAFAEL SANITATION
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has authorized the
acquisition of real property described in "Exhibit A" attached
hereto and forming a part hereof as though fully set forth herewith,
and;
WHEREAS, for valuable consideration, San Rafael Sanitation
District is tendering a Grant Deed to the real property hereinabove
referenced as "Exhibit B".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the interest in real
property described in a Deed or Grant date January 10, 1984 , a copy
of which is referenced as "Exhibit B" attached hereto and forming a
part hereof as though fully set forth herewith from San Rafael
Sanitation District to the City of San Rafael, is hereby accepted
by order of the City of San Rafael on January 16, 1984 , and the
Grantee consents to the recordation hereto by its duly authorized
officer.

hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the members of said

A parcel of land in the City of San Rafael, County
of Marin, State of California, being a portion of Lot
11, Block 30 as said Lot is shown on the map entitled
"Map of East San Rafael", filed in the Office of the
Recorder of Marin, California, on January 21, '1908
in Book 2 of Maps at page 109, more particularly
described'as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 11,
Block 30 as shown on the above-named Map, also _
being the most southeasterly corner of Lot -.I,
as -shown on the "Map of Bahia de Rafael Industrial
Park" filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of Marin, California on February 13, 1973 in'Book
15 of Maps at page 54; thence along the line common
to Lot 10 and 11, N 69132'00"W, 50.000 feet; thence
S 20000'00"W, 112.000 feet; thence S 70°00'00"E,
95.198 feet to the northeasterly of Lot 11, Block
30 as shown on the "Map of East San Rafael", thence
N 2003'00"W, 120.399 feet to the point of beginning.
Exception: Easements to P.G. & E, 780 O.R. 180,
148 Deeds 235, and any other easement of record.
