A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6715 ESTABLISHING THE LIST
OF SIDEWALKS, STREETS, AND OTHER AREAS WITHIN THE
CITY WHERE THE USE OF SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER SKATES,
AND BICYCLES IS RESTRICTED (TO INCLUDE PARKING
STRUCTURE ON THIRD STREET BETWEEN "A" and "B" STREETS
WHEREAS, Chapter 5.34 of the San Rafael Municipal Code
regulates the use of skateboards, roller skates, and bicycles in
certain areas of the City and requires that this Council establish
those areas by resolution.
WHEREAS, this Council has previously established that list
by Resolution No. 6715 and now desires to amend that resolution to
include the City's parking structure on Third Street between "A" and
"B" Streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the riding of skate-
boards, roller skates, and bicycles is prohibited as follows:
1. On the sidewalk on Fourth Street between "H"
Street and Grand Avenue; and
2. In and on the City's parking structure on Third
Street between "A" and "B" Streets.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the riding of skateboards and
roller skates is prohibited as follows:
1. On Fourth Street between "H" Street and Grand
Avenue.
