A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
APPROPRIATING SAN RAFAEL'S ALLOCATION FROM
CALIFORNIA PUBLIC LIBRARY FUND
WHEREAS, the Governor has signed into law Senate Bill
358, which creates a State Public Library Fund to aid local
libraries; and
WHEREAS, San Rafael is eligible to receive State Public
Library Fund monies; and
WHEREAS, SB 358 requires that State Public Library Fund
allocations be appropriated for the library by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of San Rafael hereby appropriates San Rafael's allocation
from the State Public Library Fund, in the amount of $11,669, to
the Library's Temporary Help Account.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the 6th day of February , 1984, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
