A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF BID FOR JANITORIAL
SERVICES FOR SAN RAFAEL CITY HALL AND SAN
RAFAEL PUBLIC LIBRARY
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City staff
to solicit bids for janitorial services for City Hall and the City
Library; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for this item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
The Marin Supply Company be designated as low bidder
for the janitorial services for City Hall and the City
Library for the total price of $37,155 per year.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on the 6th day of February 1984, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
