A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL (IN ITS CAPACITY AS BOARD OF APPEALS)
GRANTING APPEAL FROM STATE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS -
227 THIRD STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael may serve as
a Board of Appeals pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 19957.5
to hear appeals from state mandated access requirements of said Code
and of the Government Code; and
WHEREAS, the applicant for 227 Third Street has appealed said
access requirements before the City Council, acting as the Board of
Appeals, and
WHEREAS, following a noticed hearing in which said applicant was
given full opportunity to be heard, the City Council, acting as the

1. That the improvements occasioned by the proposed use have an
estimated cost of approximately $6,400;
