RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
_AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE FROM THE J. HAROLD DOLLAR TRUST
(In the Amount of $6,000 for Falkirk Phase III Restoration)
WHEREAS, the J. Harold Dollar Trust was established for the
purpose of restoring Falkirk; and
WHEREAS, the Falkirk Phase III restoration project will restore
and renovate the kitchen and provide handicapped access to the second
floor; and
WHEREAS, the Cultural Affairs Commission has recommended a
$6,000 expenditure from the J. Harold Dollar Trust for Falkirk Phase
III restoration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of San
Rafael hereby authorizes a $6,000 expenditure from the J. Harold
Dollar Trust for Falkirk Phase III restoration.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 21st day of February, 1984, by
the following vote, to wit:
