A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
ESTABLISHING A CHANGE IN RATE SCHEDULE AND
HOURS OF OPERATION AT THE THIRD AND "A"
STREETS PARKING STRUCTURE
WHEREAS, an inequity exists in the present parking rate
schedule between covered and uncovered parking at the Third and
"A" Streets Parking Structure; and
WHEREAS, the present hours of operation do not result in
maximum income from the Third and "A" Streets Parking Structure;
and
WHEREAS, on February 21, 1984, the City Council concurred
with the Redevelopment Agency staff recommendations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. Effective April 1, 1984, a rate schedule will be
established for the Third and "A" Streets Parking
Structure which will call for a rate of $35.00 for
covered monthly leased parking and $25.00 for un-
covered monthly leased parking;
2. Effective April 1, 1984, the hours of operation
for the Third and "A" Streets Parking Structure
will be 10 AM to 9 PM.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the Fifth day of March , 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Acting Mayor Breiner
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Mayor Mulryan
