A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING
THE PURCHASE OF RADIO COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT FOR THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT SERVICE
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff
to solicit bids for radio communication equipment for Police
Department Service; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken:
1. The Motorola Communications Engrs. Inc, be designated
as low bidder for eight (8) Walkie Talkie Radios and anciliary
equipment for Police Department Service for a total price of
$11,020.40 that meet specifications.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on the 19th day of March, 1984 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor
