A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING $2,000
EXPENDITURE FROM THE J. HAROLD DOLLAR TRUST FOR FALKIRK PHASE III RESTORATION
(Installation of a Magnesite floor in kitchen)
WHEREAS, the J. Harold Dollar Trust was established for the purpose of
restoring Falkirk; and
WHEREAS, the Falkirk Phase III restoration project will restore and
renovate the kitchen and provide access for handicapped persons to the second floor;
and
WHEREAS, the Cultural Affairs Commission has recommended a $2,000
expenditure from the J. Harold Dollar Trust for installation of a magnesite floor
in the kitchen.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of San
Rafael hereby authorizes a $2,000 expenditure from the J. Harold Dollar Trust
for Falkirk Phase III restoration.

that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at
a regular Meet i ng of the C i ty Counc i 1 of sa i d C i ty he 1 d on Monday the 2nd
day of April . 1984, by the following vote, to wit:
