RESOLUTION NO. 6772
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
TO
CIIARLES F. SCHRADER
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council appointed CHARLES F. SCHRADER
to the Design Review Board on March 20, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the Design Review Board has played a major role in im-
proving the appearance of the City's man-made environment
by stimulating creative design and preserving balance and
harmony in neighborhoods and business areas; and
WHEREAS, during his five year appointment on the Design Review
Board, Charles Schrader has given the City invaluable
guidance to the functioning, appearance and locations of
buildings and improvements so as to maintain and enhance
a balance between private prerogatives and the welfare of
the community; and
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council is appreciative of this
dedicated public service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City Council
hereby adopts this resolution of appreciation in recog-
nition of this outstanding citizen's service to the City
of San Rafael.
