A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF FURNITURE FOR
USE AT PICKLEWEED PARK COMMUNITY CENTER
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff
to solicit bids for furniture for use at Pickleweed Park Community
Center; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited for
this item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken:
1. Advent Office Furniture and Interiors be designated
as low bidder that meets the specifications for:
- Four hundred (400) stackable chairs,
- Three (3) storage and handling dollies for above
chairs,
- Six (6) lobby seating lounge assemblies,
for a price of $18,179.16.
2. Inner Living Business Furniture and Design Co. be
designated as low bidder that meets the specifi-
cations for:
- Twenty-two (22) twelve foot folding tables,
- Five (5) eight foot folding tables,
- Eight (8) three foot square folding tables,
- Two (2) clothing storage racks,
for a price of $9,293.85.
3. Boise Cascade, Office Products Division, be designated
as low bidder that meets the specifications for:
- One (1) lectern ensemble,
- One (1) reversible chalk board,
for a price of $385.80.
4. Moore's Office Supplies be designated as low bidder that
meets the specifications for:
- One (1) conference table,
- Eight (8) conference chairs,
for a, price •$2621.38.

I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the 2nd day of April 1984, by the
following vote, to wit:
