A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THE UHF RADIO
FOR THE PARAMEDIC AMBULANCE UTILIZING
EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized Fire De-
partment Staff to solicit bids for one UHF radio for the Paramedic
Ambulance; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for this item; and

WHEREAS, these bids have been received by Fire Department
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken;
That Motorola Communication, Inc. be designated as low bidder
for one UHF radio for the Paramedic Ambulance in the amount of
$150425.23.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on sixteenth day of April , 1984, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner
