RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, AUTHOR-
IZING THE SIGNING OF AN AGREEMENT AND
GRANT OF EASEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES
as follows:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, California, an Agreement and
Grant of Easement with the State of California for maintenance
of drainage protection facilities at the upper end of Robinhood
Drive on China Camp State Park Land.
A copy of said Agreement and Grant of Easement is attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by this
reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 7th day of May, 1984, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli, Nave, Russom and Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner
