A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING
THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT FOR A SOUND
SYSTEM FOR THE MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM, PICKLEWEED PARK COMMUNITY CENTER
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City staff to
solicit bids for a sound system for the Multi-purpose Room; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for this item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken:
Pro Media be designated as low bidder that meets the speci-
fications for the sound system equipment at a cost of $2,996.59
and an estimated cost for installation of $420.00 for a total cost
of $3,416.59.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
on the 7th day of May 1984, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli, Nave, Russom and Mayor Ptulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner
