A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY MANAGER AND CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
(RESOLUTION NO. 5985)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael
as follows:
PARAGRAPH #1. The terms of the contract are continued in
force and the Agreement is extended until November 1, 1985.
PARAGRAPH #3.

$60,000 per annuPi.
Retroactive to May 1, 1984, a salary increase
shall be paid to the City Manager; or
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Monday, the 7th day of May, 1984, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli, Nave, Russom and hiaynr Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner

WHEREAS, the Agreement made and entered into on the first
day of November, 1980, by and between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, a
municipal corporation, hereinafter rel -erred to as "City", and
ROBERT F. BEYEI:, hereinafter referred to as "City i`lanager", shall
be as follows:
WITNESSETH
PARAGRAPI[ 111. shall be amended to read:
1. The City hereby extends the contract with the City
Manager to and including the first day of November,
1985.
PARAGRAPH 113 shall he amended to read:
3. In consideration of the City Manager performing
these services as reduired and cl:i.rected by the City
COUnCll, he shall be compensated as follows:
$60,000 per annum, effective May 1., 1984.
IN WITNESS WHE'RE0F, the parties hereto have entered into
this Amendment to Agreement this 7th day of May, 1984.
