A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6689
PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION AND WORKING
CONDITIONS FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL
WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 5, 1983, has
been executed and adopted regarding the wages, hours and working
conditions of the City's Police Department employees; and
WHEREAS, positions covered by this Memorandum of Understanding have
been evaluated for a change in classification; and
WHEREAS, funds have been authorized in the 1983-84 adopted budget for
an adjustment in the salary of these positions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael as follows:
Section 1. The schedules describing classes of positions and salary
ranges attached in Exhibits A, B and C of the Memorandum of Understanding
between the City of San Rafael and the Police Association is hereby
modified to include the following:
