A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6690
PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION AND WORKING
CONDITIONS FOR MISCELLANEOUS PERSONNEL; AND
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6453 PERTAINING TO
CONFIDENTIAL POSITIONS
WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 5, 1983, has been
executed and adopted regarding the wages, hours and working conditions of
the City's miscellaneous employees; and
WHEREAS, a position covered by this Memorandum of Understanding has been
evaluated for a change in classification; and
WHEREAS, funds have been authorized in the 1983-84 adopted budget for
an adjustment in the salary of this position; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6453, dated November 15, 1982, designates
certain positions as confidential, needs to be amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael as follows:
Section 1. The schedules describing classes of positions and salary
ranges attached in Exhibits A, B and C of the Memorandum of Understanding
between the City of San Rafael and Marin Association of Public Employees
is hereby modified to include the following:

Section 2. Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 6453, pertaining to the
designation of confidential employees, is amended as follows:
DELETE: Secretary (City Attorney)
ADD: Legal Secretary
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolutin was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on MONDAY
