RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING GRANT OF PERMANENT
DRAINAGE EASEMENTS - ANDERSEN DRIVE
EXTENSION, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, public interest, convenience and welfare
require that the permanent drainage easements hereinafter mentioned
be accepted and used for the benefit of the public of the City of
San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, California, that the certain grant of
drainage easements designated D-1, D-2, D-3 and D-4 executed by
Central Marin Sanitation Agency to the City of San Rafael, attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, be and the same
is hereby accepted and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed
to cause said conveyance to be duly recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California, forthwith
upon the adoption of this resolution.

California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 18th day of June, 1984, by the

The Central Marin Sanitation Agency, a Public Agency, hereby grants to
the City of San Rafael, a Municipal Corporation, the easements in the City
of San Rafael described as follows:
PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
That certain real property situate in the County of Marin, State of
California, described as follows:
Being a portion of the lands described in those certain deeds from
Sanitary District No. 1 of Marin County to the Central Marin Sanitation
Agency recorded April 24, 1981 as Recorder's Serial No. 81-018084 and
September 29, 1983 as Recorder's Serial No. 83-048935, Official Records of
Marin County, more particularly described as follows:
Drainage Easement D-1
An easement for the construction and maintenance of drainage facili-
ties over, on, or under the following described real property:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of said lands of the Central
Marin Sanitation Agency (formerly the Lands of Farrell, O'Keefe Properties),
said point being the most northerly corner of the parcel designated as the
Lands of Farrell, O'Keefe Properties as shown on that certain map entitled,
"Record of Survey of Lands Described in Book 3371 Official Records Page 465
and Book 3371 Official Records Page 471 Marin County Records City of San
Rafael Marin County California," recorded March 7, 1979 in Book 15 of Sur-
veys at Page 58, Official Records of Marin County, said point hereinafter
referred to as Point "A," running thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along
said northwesterly property line South 41° 27' 16" West 196.94 feet; thence
leaving said property line and running on a non -tangent curve to the right
with a radius of 190 feet, the center of which bears South 570 10' 26" West
through a central angle of 12° 29' 56" for an arc distance of 41.45 feet;
thence on a non -tangent bearing North 450 04' 08" East 203.79 feet to the
northeasterly property line of said Lands of the Central Marin Sanitation
Agency; thence running along said northeasterly property line North 38° 32'
42" West 52.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing an area of 9,010 square feet, more or less.
Drainage Easement D-2
An easement for the construction and maintenance of drainage facili-
ties over, on, or under the following described real property:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly property line of said Lands
of the Central Marin Sanitation Agency, said point being distant thereon
South 38° 32' 42" East 113.99 feet and South 81° 46' 42" Fast 30.."10 feet
from Point "A" as described above in Drainage Easement D-1; running thence
from said POINT OF BEGINNING along the northeasterly property line of said
lands South 81° 46' 42" East 13.00 feet and South 38° 32' 42" East 418.95
feet; thence leaving said property line and running North 39° 27' 45" West
406.00 feet and North 44° 39' 11" 6;est 22.60 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing an area of 1,450 square feet, more or less.
Drainage Easement D-3
An easement for the construction and maintenance of drainage facili-
ties over, on, or under the following described real property:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly property line of said Lands
of the Central Marin Sanitation Agency, said point being distant thereon
South 38' 32' 42" East 113.99 feet, South 81'46' 42° East 43.80 feet and
South 380 32' 42" East 1,460.01 feet from Point "A" as described above in
Drainage Easement D-1; thence leaving said northeasterly property line at
said POINT OF BEGINNING and running South 23° 33' East 28.99 feet; South 38°
32' 42" East 20.00 feet; South 52° 34' 53" Fast 30.92 feet to said north-
easterly property line; running thence along said northeasterly property
line South 38° 32' 42" East 78.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing an area of 367.5 square feet, more or less.
Drainage Easement D-4
An easement for the construction and maintenance of drainage facili-
ties over, on, or under the following described real property:
BEGINNING at the northeasterly property line of said Lands of the
Central Marin Sanitation Agency, said point being distant thereon South 38°
32' 42" East 113.99 feet, South 81° 46' 42" East 43.80 feet and South 38°
32' 42" East 1,688.01 feet from Point "A" as described above in Drainage
Easement D-1; running thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along the property
line of said Central Marin Sanitation Agency North 31° 06' East 32.00 feet;
thence South 38° 32'42" East 184.10 feet; thence South 71" 50' 35" West
32.01 feet; thence leaving said property line and running North 38° 32' 42"
West 161.82 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing an area of 5,190 square feet, more or less.
