HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Resolution 6855 (Parking Meter Limits)RESOLUTION NO. 6855 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ESTABLISHING TWO HOUR PARKING METER LIMITS IN THE FIFTH AVENUE AND LOOTENS PLACE PARKING LOT WHEREAS, Section 5.60.020 of the San Rafael Municipal Code, authorizes the City Engineer to install parking meters in parking lots for the control of parking and as directed by Council Resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the ten hour limit parking meters in the Fifth Avenue and Lootens Place parking lot should be converted to two hour limits for efficient utilization; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all meters in the Fifth Avenue and Lootens Place parking lot are established as having the two hour limits. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become effective upon the conversion of each meter. I, JEANNE M.
