HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Resolution 6860 (Pickleweed Park Community Center)RESOLUTION NO. 6860 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE (Re: Pickleweed Park Community Center) BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the attached fees are established for the use of Pickleweed Community Center. FEE SCHEDULES GROUP DESCRIPTION I Non -Profit Organizations II Private Use and Non -Profit Fundraising Events FEE $10/hour for auditorium $2.50/hour for clubrooms & lounge $30 flat fee for kitchen $5 flat fee for patio $20/hour for auditorium $5/hour for clubrooms & lounge $40 flat fee for kitchen $15 flat fee for patio III Commercial Groups $35/hour for auditorium $20/hour for clubrooms & lounge $80 flat fee for kitchen $30 flat fee for patio 1. Total fees to be paid 20 days prior to event. 2. Proof of non-profit status is required to qualify as Group I. 3. All events for business or commercial use, for profit or gain, qualify as Group III. 4. $100 refundable cleaning and damage deposit must accompany application to hold reservation date. 5. All auditorium rentals, room rentals, after 5 PM and weekend hours, require an additional $12/hour charge which is used to cover administrative costs, utilities, security and required staff attendant. 6. Stage dressing rooms are $15 flat fee per dressing room. 7. Stage lighting: $5/hour for any use of stage lighting or spotlights. Any changes other than on-off lights must have a lighting technician on duty at an additional $10/hour. 8. Flat fee for use of stage - $20/event (dressing rooms $15/ event). 9. Other: piano $15; movie screen $10; lecturn $10; P.A. system $10; bars $10 each; coffee pots $10 each. 1. The City Manager is charged with the responsibility of administering this schedule and this responsibility may be delegated as appropriate. 2.
