A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6690
PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION AND WORKING
CONDITIONS FOR MISCELLANEOUS PERSONNEL
WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 5,
1983, has been executed and adopted regarding the wages, hours
and working conditions of the City's miscellaneous employees; and
WHEREAS, a position covered by this Memorandum of
Understanding has been evaluated for a change in classification;
and
WHEREAS, there are funds in the 1984/85 adopted budget
for an adjustment in the salary of this position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael as follows:
The schedules describing classes of positions and
salary ranges attached in Exhibits B and C of the Memorandum of
Understanding between the City of San Rafael and Marin Associ-
ation of Public Employees is hereby modified to include the
following:

I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
