HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Resolution 6871 (Public Facility Maintenance Fund)RESOLUTION NO. 6871 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC FACILITY MAINTENANCE FUND WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted a proposal for the creation of a Public Facilities Maintenance Fund to the City Council; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of San Rafael has many unmet needs in maintaining its City owned facilities; and WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Council to partially fund the necessary improvements and maintenance on an annual basis. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael that a Public Facility Maintenance Fund is hereby created with an initial appropriation of $250,000. I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on MONDAY , the the following vote, to wit: 16th day of JULY , 1984, by AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS:None JEA .
