A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AMENDING ADOPTED FY 1984/85 BUDGET
TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION OF $5,000.00
FOR DONATION TO MARIN COUNTY MEDIATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council has adopted the
final budget for the 1984/85 Fiscal Year; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to increase the appropriation
approved in the final budget for a donation to Marin County Medi-
ation Services in order to sustain this organization which has
directly benefited San Rafael and its residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael
City Council hereby approves an additional appropriation in the
amount of $5,000.00.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the 6th day of August 1984, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
