RESOLUTION NO. 6898
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAN RAFAEL,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AGREEMENT OF CO-
OPERATION BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AND
THE COUNTY OF MARIN FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANC-
ING MOLTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING PROJECTS WITH
RESPECT TO PROPERTY WITHIN THE AREA OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
THEREOF
RESOLVED, by the City Council of San Rafael, State of
California, that
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael proposes to make and enter
into an Agreement of Cooperation with the County of Marin for the
purpose of financing multi -family rental housing projects with
respect to property within the City, such Agreement of Cooperation
to be in form this day presented to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that
the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such Agreement of
Cooperation on behalf of the City, and the Clerk is authorized to
attest the Mayor's signature thereto and to affix thereto the seal
of the City.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Monday , the twentieth day of August. 1984, by
the following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
