RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED BOUNDARY MAP
KERNER BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
A map entitled "Amended Boundary Map, Kerner Boulevard
Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California,
has been filed with the City Clerk.
This Council approves the map and adopts the boundaries
shown on the map as describing the extent of the territory included
in the Kerner Boulevard Assessment District, City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California.
This Council finds that the map is in the form and
contains the matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the California
Streets and Highways Code.
This Council directs the City Clerk to certify the
adoption of this resolution on the face of the map, and to file a
copy of the map with the County Recorder for placement in the Book
of Maps of Assessment Districts. Said map amends the map entitled
"Proposed Boundaries of Kerner Boulevard Assessment District, City
of San Rafael, Marin County, California," which map was filed for
record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin
on the 19th day of November, 1982 in the Book of Maps of Assessment
Districts, in Volume 2, page 71.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 20th day of August, 1984, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner
