A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR THE PROCESSING
OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, on April 20, 1981, the City Council adopted
Resolution 6089 establishing procedures and requirements for the
consideration of Development Agreements; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to that resolution, the City Council
may by separate resolution establish fees and charges for the
processing of applications for development agreements; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Director has recommended that the
fee be set at $460.00 which is equivalent to the fee charged for
the review of General Plan Amendment and rezoning applications
which require similar processing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City
Council hereby establishes an application fee of $460.00 for the
processing of Development Agreements.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the 17th day of SP= tembpr 1984, by the
following vote, to wit:
