VERNON L. BURNS
WHEREAS, Vernon L. Burns has served on the San Rafael Board
of Review for the past four years; and
WHEREAS, Vernon L. Burns has contributed many hours of
service and dedication in his role as Board member;
and
WHEREAS, through the effort of Vernon L. Burns and his con-
cern to improve the quality of life in his
community, he has assisted in making San Rafael a
more desirable place to live.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, by adoption of this Resolution,
commends Vernon L. Burns for his record of voluntary
service on the Board of Review for the City of
San Rafael.
