A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AWARDING WORKERS' COMPENSATION
INSURANCE FOR THE YEAR 1985
WHEREAS, the City's Workers' Compensation Insurance
expires on December 8, 1984; and
WHEREAS, a bid of 11.710 per $100 of payroll was
submitted by Minto & Wilkie for renewal of our Workers' Com-
pensation Insurance.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael
City Council hereby awards the Workers' Compensation Insurance
to Employers Reinsurance Corporation as proposed by Minto &
Wilkie effective December 8, 1984.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City on Monday , the
