A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A 1500 GPM FIRE
ENGINE UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized Fire
Department Staff to solicit bids for one (1) 1500 Gallon Per Minute
(GPM) Fire Engine; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for this item; and
Staff.
WHEREAS, these bids have been reviewed by Fire Department
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken:
That Seagrave Fire Apparatus, Inc. be designated as low
bidder for one (1) 1500 GPM Fire Engine in the amount of
$129,991.00.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
on 17th
