TO
Antonette Bullock
Whereas, Antonette Bullock currently works as a Community Service Officer for the
Police Department and is assigned to the Department's Community Engagement Office:
and
Whereas, Antonette consistently displays a positive attitude, an upbeat spirit and a
warm personality in her dealings with fellow employees and the public; and
Whereas, Antonette is well respected by her peers and by the public with whom she
interrelates by providing professional, energetic, and compassionate interactions; and
Whereas, Antonette singlehandedly organized and scheduled the first ever 10 -week
Spanish Citizens' Academy by overcoming citizens' fears of coming to a Police
Department sponsored event through persistence, trust, and effective communication;
and
Whereas, Antonette routinely works as a Dispatcher and Records Specialist during
times of need without complaint or reservation; and
Whereas, Antonette Bullock exemplifies the best of the City's community engagement
by demonstrating passion, care and meaningful communication.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Council of the City of
San Rafael do hereby extend their congratulations and appreciation to Antonette Bullock
as Employee of the Quarter for the 2nd quarter of 2017.
