OB RESOLUTION NO. 2018-1
RESOLUTION OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY FOR
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, ACTING AS
THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY FOR THE' SAN RAFAEL
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, APPROVING THE MINUTES
OF THE JANUARY 25, 2017 MEETING
WHEREAS, the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency for the dissolved San Rafael
Redevelopment Agency ("Oversight Board") met on January 25,2017; and
WHEREAS, staff has prepared minutes ofthe January 25,2017 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Oversight Board hereby approves the
January 25,2017 meeting minutes attached hereto as Exhibit A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect at the time and in
the manner prescribed in Health and Safety Code Section 34179(h).
ADOPTED January 22, 2018 by the Members of the Oversight Board of the Successor
Agency for the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency, by the following vote:

1. Approval of Minutes from January 22,2016 (Resolution 2017-1)
Member Clark moved and Member Schutz seconded approval of Resolution 2017-1, with
correction of date in paragraph 4 of the resolution.

a. Resolution of the Oversight Board of the San Rafael Successor Agency Approving the
Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule and Administrative Budget for Fiscal Year
2017-18 Making Related Findings and Declarations and Taking Related Actions in
Connection Therewith (Resolution 2017-2)
Member Schutz moved and Member Clark seconded approval of Resolution 2017-2
b. Resolution of the Oversight Board of the San Rafael Successor Agency Approving a
Request for the San Rafael Successor Agency to the Marin County Board of Supervisors
to Authorize a Temporary Transfer of Funds (Resolution 2017-3)
Member Clark moved and Member Isozaki seconded approval of Resolution 2017-3 with
correction of date on page 1 paragraph 9 of the resolution.
c. Resolution of the Oversight Board of the San Rafael Successor Agency Confirming
Certain Transfers and Taking Related Actions in Connection With Governmental Use
Properties (Resolution 2017-4)
Member Schutz moved and Member Isozaki seconded approval of Resolution 2017-4
with correction of APN number on Item 19 on page 2 of the resolution.

Approximate date for next meeting 3rd week in January 2018.
