BILL OF SALE
This BILL OF SALE is executed on the {3~ay of January, 2018, by the CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL, as SELLER, and GARY O. PHILLIPS, as BUYER.
WHEREAS, SELLER is the owner of that certain personal computer described as follows:
Dell Optiplex model 990 with service tag number 7KTKXRI; and all the terms of this Bill of
Sale refer to that computer; and
WHEREAS, SELLER has no further use for the computer and is permitted to dispose of it as
surplus property pursuant to the San Rafael Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, BUYER wishes to purchase the computer on the terms set forth herein
NOW, THEREFORE, SELLER hereby sells the computer to BUYER, on the terms and with
the representations set forth below.
1. Purchase Price: The full purchase price for the computer, is One Hundred Dollars
($100.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by SELLER.
2. BUYER acknowledges and agrees that the computer is being sold in its as-is condition,
with no warranties or guaranties, and from and after the date of taking possession of the
computer, BUYER releases SELLER from any and all expenses or liabilities for loss,
injury or repairs to the computer.
3. BUYER agrees to take possession of the computer immediately.
