This BILL OF SALE is executed on the !~ 1!f:J. day of March, 2018, by the CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL, as SELLER, and THOMAS AHRENS, as BUYER.
WHEREAS, SELLER is the owner of that certain Apple Mini iPad described as follows:
Apple Mini iPad model A1490, serial number F4KMNDRFLMN; and all the terms of this Bill of
Sale refer to that device; and
WHEREAS, SELLER has no further use for the iPad and is permitted to dispose of it as surplus
property pursuant to the San Rafael Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, BUYER wishes to purchase the iPad on the terms set forth herein
NOW, THEREFORE, SELLER hereby sells the computer to BUYER, on the terms and with
the representations set forth below.
1. Purchase Price: The full purchase price for the computer, is One Hundred Fifty Dollars
($150.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by SELLER.
2. BUYER acknowledges and agrees that the iPad is being sold in its as-is condition, with
no warranties or guaranties, and from and after the date of taking possession of the
computer, BUYER releases SELLER from any and all expenses or liabilities for loss,
injury or repairs to the computer.
3. BUYER agrees to take possession of the computer immediately.
