Advisory Member Position on the Marin County Solid Waste Joint Powers Authority (Zero
Waste Marin) Local Task Force – File 4-13-96A
Zero Waste Marin Interviews
The City Council interviewed Alice Cochan and Kay Karchevski. John Coffrini withdrew his application.
After discussion, there was Council consensus to appoint Alice Cochan as the City of San Rafael
Advisory Member on the Marin County Solid Waste Joint Powers Authority (Zero Waste Marin) Local
Task Force
ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Phillips adjourned the meeting.
