A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY OF
HARIN TO ACT AS THE AGENT OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS AND
TO DEFEND THE CITY OF SAN R~FAEL IN THE
LAWSUIT ENTITLED ~~RVIN F. POER AND CO.,
ET ~L, v. COUNTIES, ET AL.

BE IT RESOLVED that the COUNTY OF MARIN is hereby
designated as the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL'S agent for service of
process in the lawsuit entitled ~ffiRVIN F. POER AND CO., ET AL,
v. COUNTIES, ET AL.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the COUNTY OF MARIN is
authorized to defend the CITY or SAN P~AEL in this action.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
