RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
APPROVING PEACOCK GAP NEIGHBORHOOD
PARK MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has received through dedication
7 acres of designated park land; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved hiring Brian Wittenkeller, Landscape
Architect to prepare a Park Master Plan for said site; and
WHEREAS, the intent of the Park Master Plan is to give direction for
future development of the site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
San Rafael approve the Peacock Gap Neighborhood Park Plan as designed
by Brian Wittenkeller, Landscape Architect.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on Monday, the 17th day of January, 1983, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen &
Mayo.r Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
