RESOLUTION NO. 6497 PRESENTS THIS

NORAH FREITAS
WHEREAS, Norah Freitas has served on the San Rafael Park and
Recreation Commission for the past three years; and
WHEREAS, Norah Freitas has contributed many hours of service
and dedication in her role as Commission member; and
WHEREAS, through the effort of Norah Freitas and her concern
to improve the quality of life in her community, she has
assisted in making San Rafael a more desirable place to
live.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, by adoption of this Resolution,
commends Norah Freitas for her record of voluntary
service on the Park and Recreation Commission for the
City of San Rafael.
Resolution signed by Council
upon adoption at regular SRCC
meeting of March 21, 1983, and
presented to Mrs. Freitas by
Mayor Mulryan at meeting.
