A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR CITY
HALL, THE LIBRARY AND 1313 FIFTH AVENUE
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff to solicit
bids for Janitorial Services for City Hall, the Library and 1313 Fifth Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited for this
service; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff and evaluated.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that the
following actions be taken:
1. That Able Building Maintenance of San Francisco be awarded the
bid for Janitorial Services for City Hall for a yearly price of
$19,200.
2. That Able Building Maintenance of San Francisco be awarded the
bid for Janitorial Services for the Library for a yearly price of
$7,800.
3. That Marin Supply Co. of San Anselmo be awarded the bid for
Janitorial Services for 1313 Fifth Avenue for a yearly price of
$900.
I, JEANNE M. L~ONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at
a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday the 4th day of
April, 1983, by the following vote,

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
