WHEREAS, on the 29th day of March, 1083, KITTI UATHAVIKUL, of
Tiburon, was instrumental in administering Cardio
Pulmonary Resuscitation to Isabel Bartley of Rohnert
Park; and
WHEREAS, KITTI UATHAVIKUL, seeing a crowd gather, rushed to the
scene to offer assistance; and
WHEREAS, being asked by James Manba to assist in performing
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation, did so without hesi-
tation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Rafael
extends to KITTI UATHAVIKUL sincere appreciation for
his willingness to assist in performing a life-saving
act.
