A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR
ROADWAY PURPOSES -287 MAKIN GRADE
WHEREAS, public interest, convenience and welfare require
that the easement hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for
the benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, California, that that certain grant of
easement for roadway purposes executed by RICHARD B. HAM and
LOUISE B. HAM to the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, dated March 14, 1983, be
and the same is hereby accepted, and the Clerk of said City is
hereby directed to cause said conveyance to be duly recorded in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of
California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 2nd day of May, 1983, by the
following vote, to wit:

of land:
Beginning at a point which bears North 6° 45' East 10.0 feet and North
83° 151 West 19.0 feet from the Southeast corner of Parcel 3 as shown
upon that certain map entitled, "Parcel Map, Weissensee Land Division,
a portion of Punta de Quentin Rancho, San Rafael, Marin County, California,"
filed for record April 6, 1979 in Volume 16 of Parcel Maps, at Page 34,
Marin County Records: thence North 83° IS' West 27.0 feet; thence South
6° 45 1 West 16.0 feet more or less to the Southerly line of said Parcel 3;
thence Easterly along said Southerly line, 28.0 feet more or less to a
point which bears South 6° 45 1 West from the point of beginning; and thence
North 6° 45 1 East 9.0 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
