A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A CONTRACT, LEASE OR AGREEMENT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows: The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of San Rafael, a contract, lease or agreement with San Rafael Pop Warner Football Club concerning rental of storage space in Albert Park Stadium Complex, July 1, 1983 -June 30, 1984. a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part hereof. I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on Monday the 16th day of May 1983, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Frugoli, Miskimen & Vice-Mayor Jensen NOES: COUNCILt-lliMBERS: None ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner & Mayor Mulryan J~EONCINI'~ CITY CLERK ORIGlir~AL -' , •• r·~ .. CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RECREATION DEPARTMENT SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA This Agreement shall be between the City of San Rafael and the San Rafael Pop Warner Football Club for the use of storage space in the Albert Park Stadium Complex. A. The City agrees to: B. 1. 2. 3. San 1. 2 . Allow Pop Warner to store football gear under the bleachers at Albert Park, in the room at the end of the East Wing. The term of the Agreement shall be from July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1984. Allow Pop Warner to install shelving. Rafael Pop Warner Organization agrees to: Pay the City $25.00 per month for the use of storage space. Allow City to use the shower stall and lavatory portion of the locker room. '3. Keep and maintain in orderly fashion the storage facility. Any shelving shall not deface, damage or alter the permanent locker rooms. C. It is further agreed: 1. That the San Rafael Pop Warner Organization hold the City of San Rafael and/or its employees free and harmless from any loss, claim, liabilities, damages and/or injuries to persons, and property, that in any way may be caused by or during applicant's use or occupancy of said areas and/or facilities. 2. This Agreement may be amended or terminated by the mutual consent of the parties hereto and may be cancelled by either party upon sixty (60) days' notice.
