A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE TURF SWEEPER
FOR THE PARKS DIVISION, UTILIZING BUDGETED
FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorize d City Staff to
solicit bids for one Turf Sweeper for the Parks Department; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited for
this item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been receive d by the City Staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken:
1. That the Boyd Martin Co. of Salt Lake City, Utah, be
designated as low bidder for one Olathe Turf Sweeper, for
a total price of $8,745.00.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on the
