A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
I:~OSING A PROCESSING FEE AND AN APPLICATION
FEE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
REVENUE BONDS
(Industrial Development Bonds)
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has approved Ordinance 1441 which authorized
the issuance of Economic Development Revenue Bonds; and
WHEREAS, Section 3.30.230 of Ordinance 1441 authorizes the City to charge
a fee to the participating parties of the Economic Development Revenue Bonds; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael wishes to impose a processing fee to be
paid from the proceeds from all Economic Development Revenue Bonds issued, and an
application fee to be paid upon the submission of an application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a processing fee of ~% on the bond
principal Hill be charged and paid from the bond proceeds and a $1250.00 application
fee will be required oefore an application is accepted for processing, for all
Economic Development Revenue Bonds.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
