A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE LEASE WITH SHELL OIL
CO~~ANY FOR A PORTION OF CITY PROPERTY AT THE
CORNER OF SECOND STREET AND LINCOLN AVENUE ON A
MONTH-TO-MONTH BASIS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The lease dated November 5, 1962, between the CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL and the SHELL OIL Cm1PANY for a portion of City owned
property at the corner of Second Street and Lincoln Avenue is
hereby extended on a month-to-month basis subject to termination
by either party, otherwise on the same terms and conditions of the
original lease as amended or extended.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
